Stage 1 Takes 10 mins! GUESS THE VEGETABLES!

Stage 2 add salt Pepper even hot Peppers if you like it hot and spicy. Add fresh herbs to your liking and stir!

Stage 3 Simmer with a dash of Soya Sauce for flavour and a drop of water and stir!

Eat alone or with pizza bread or with your own addition.

Eaten mine with Mussels brought from the Portuguese Cafe King Street.
