Celebrating the Courage and Sacrifice of Our Veterans who ensued Our Freedom!!

Today, on Remembrance Sunday, Armed Forces Veteran Maureen Robinson (née Donaldson) and Cleveland Hudson laid the Black Poppy Rose wreath on behalf of Legacy of Windrush Descendants and Friends (LOWD).
This wreath was placed in honor of the African and Caribbean men and women who bravely served in the First and Second World Wars — heroes who gave up their tomorrow so we could have our today.
We remember their courage, their sacrifice, and their legacy.
Lest we forget. 🕊️🇬🇧🌺
