Valma James is a Social Worker, Registered General Nurse, Broadcaster, and Author whose passion for people shines through every project she takes on.
Her first book, Self-Appraisal: Maximising and Discovering Your Potential, empowers readers to recognise their strengths, overcome limitations, and achieve personal growth.
Her second book, Your Body Is Your Temple, is set for release in February 2026. This much-anticipated publication explores the deep connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual balance — continuing Valma’s mission to uplift and educate through knowledge and compassion.
